Undefeated...no love.

Going 7-0 in college in tough, going 7-0 in the NFL is rare, and although there is one team in the NFL that is 7-0 the only love they get is that they are tops in the power polls with both ESPN and the NFL network.  Are they not getting much attention because they have won 14 in a row dating back to last season including the playoffs or is it because they are the smallest market team.  Last time I looked Green Bay was Title-town and the Superbowl trophy is named after Coach Lombardi.  Is it because Lambeau Field isn't Golden Plump Stadium or Kemp's Field, I mean even the Superdome is no longer the Superdome, it's now The Mercedes Superdome.  Let's take a look at a few player's and team's that have gotten more love.  De Marco Murray a Cowboy, John Beck a Redskin, Tim Tebow a Heisman Trophy winner on a 2-5 Broncos team.  The Raiders, because of a washed up cry baby that pouted his way to not fulfilling his contract.  Christian Ponder, The Vikings rookie quarterback he got more play because of a biased Cowboy, Troy Aikman who should not be allowed to call NFC games because of his biased. The Lions, who have now lost two in a row only have one "impact" player in Megatron who can be shutdown because they have no other receivers,.  Green Bay has only averaged more than 30 points a game, have two if not three peranial possible NFL defensive Players of the year in Mathews, Woodson and Collins until he got hurt.  What team in the league can line up and stop Green Bays passing game, maybe the Jets can slow it down, but Green Bay beat them last year with just about the same team.  Aaron Rodgers has 7 300 yard passing games and passer rating of over 110 in every game this season.  Is it good for the NFL that the Packers are undefeated, what team has the largest fan base not only Nationally but globaly.  What player has the highest selling jersey, Aaron Rodgers.  There needs to be more focus on the best team in the league instead of focusing on Tom Brady, Peyton Manning who isn't even playing, Tim Tebow who only played good for 3 minutes and the Ravens who may meet Green Bay in the Superbowl even has a old defense, Ala the Superbowl when Aaron Rodgers torched a old Steeler defense.  Show the love.

Republicans Fighting with each other.

Whenever you turn on one of the cable news channels, let it be CNN, MSNBC, or Fox News there is always talk about 9-9-9, Rick Perry or Mitt Romney not being able to win the general election because he is a Mormon(Who cares).  There is all this talk about class warfare, creating jobs, the border, and Obama Care.  Understanding that these are key areas for the general election the players need to focus on there own team right now.  With all the World Wrestling Entertainment bickering going on between Romney and Perry they might as well book them as the main event at Wrestlemania.  Though there bickering makes for good television it creates rumblings within the republican party.  Why do you ask because either way Romney/Perry or Perry/Romney would make for a powerful ticket but if they continue to spar the way they are they are not going to run with each other.  The anger that is clearly displayed on Perry's face is comical, though it can be intimidating which can be beneficial in foreign relations especially with countries like North Korea, Iran and Syria.  He provides the same "Don't mess with Us" attitude that Bush Jr. provided, when he was in office the rest of the world knew not to mess with the United States because he would just lay the hammer.  Though Romney provides the economical mind and steadfastness in his approach. But what does America need, I think a little of both, the delegates will have to choose who's name will be the headliner.  The others Cain, Paul, Santorum (who i think would make a great Secretary of State) and Bachman are at best cabinet potential and puppets at this point in the game.  The players just have to realize that they are on the same team, once that happens I think that they then will be able to challenge Obama.

There are a few things I so No to and a few things I say Yes to:

No:

1. 9-9-9
2. Presidential mandate on Abortion (This should be voted on by the public)
3, Virtual Fence

Yes:

1. Capital Tax Waiver to bring business back to the US.
2. Physical Fence
3. Repeal Obama Care

Let me know your thoughts on my quick look at the current Republican fight.

New to Me...New to you...Packers 16-0

Understanding the first post is always key....I have tried to do many blog sites but there are some things within this blog site that has forced me to migrate...1.  You can make free money with it just by allowing Google to link to your blog. 2. Blogger is very easy to use 3. It is visually friendly and 4. its the most known blog site out there after my research.

So I will do my first post on the Packers...not to sound like a homer but I got to root for the home state team.  I am not a fair weather fan as I have been following them since "The Magic Man". Brent Fullwood, Chuck Cecil all the way to Reggie, Brett, Robert Brooks and now #begreat Greg Jennings, "The Beast" - Clay Mathews and "The Champ" - Aaron Rodgers.  They have a team this year that offensively can and will rival most season stats and be just the third team to possibly go undefeated in the regular season, and I feel the post season also, being the first team to do that since Miami.

Here are the Top 7 Reasons why:

1. Best Wide Receiver Core in the League - James Jones, Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb could be #2's if not #1's on 85% of the teams in the league right now.

2. Secondary - This was suspect last year due to injury's allowing for some of the 2nd if not 3rd team players to step up - Sam Sheilds, Charlie Peprah to name a few - they have allowed themselves to be household names because of the production that they provided, that teamed with Tramon Williams, Charles Woodson and a healthy Morgan Burnett have allowed them to again be as opportunistic as they were last year giving the ball back to the potent offense.

3.  Running Game - Lead by a now healthy Ryan Grant and a emerging James Starks this gives a perfect opportunity to go back to a college type running game ala Wisconsin Badgers - allowing them to ride the momentum of a player or provide match-up problems.

4.  Linebackers - This is not the strength of the team but one of the Impact players of the team is the leader of this group - Hawk has not lived up to his billing but is a sideline to sideline player, Desmond Bishop is a hard hitter but not good in coverage, it all comes down to how successful Clay Mathews is.  If he continues to garner double and triple teams this will allow for the remaining linebackers including part time backer Charles Woodson to give opposing quarterbacks fits.

5.  Adversity - This should have been there motto last year as the whole season was based on this, overcoming adversity and being able to champion change and the opportunity given.

6.  Experience - They have been there, the team knows how to win - this core team of players dating to 2006 is 48-32 with 3 playoff appearances - 2 NFC championship games and the highest scoring playoff game in history in Aaron Rodgers first playoff game against Arizona, and also 6-2 in the playoffs since.

7.  Aaron Rodgers - By being able to mentor behind arguably one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time in Brett Favre he was able to gain confidence, coolness and the Gun Slinger mantra.  The thing that sets Aaron apart from Brett and the rest of the league is his scrambling and fall forward mentality.

My future blogs will come twice a week.  Mondays and Thursdays and will focus around Packers, Politics and any other current events, please message me if you are wanting my view on a subject, albeit it national, local or in your area.

Thanks for reading and leave your thoughts.
